Founded in 2021, Lamar has led Brolik Property Group to becoming one of the leaders in revitalizing Buffalo's east side and surrounding neighborhoods. Beginning with one property and renovating several others, Lamar's unique stylistic approach and quality workmanship has created an abundance of clientele and opportunities to renovate, rebuild and beautify homes for families at affordable costs. No slowing down in sight, Lamar is still taking Brolik Property Group to new heights.

20 Years and Counting

Starting with our first duplex purchased in 2001 to several properties to date, we've decided to form a LLC. We have grown from just residential properties to both residential and commercial properties in our city urban areas. We provide everything from leasing and property management to renovations.
